This is one of my favorite comic bits... ever.
Morley keeps fetching plastic gloves from the bathroom, which we are painting. I took this one away from him after he had his fun so he doesn't choke on it.
There is nothing funnier than a baby laughing hysterically.
Here's video of a baby laughing at the golf game on the Nintendo Wii. What's so funny about it? Who cares?
And here's one of the best baby laughing videos ever...four babies laughing! It won the $100,000 on America's Funniest Home Videos a few years ago.
All we ever hear about from Iraq is how many people died today. We hear about insurgents, Sunnis and Shiites, and Al-Qaida. But, does it even make sense?
The latest edition of Frontline is extremely enlightening. I only watched half of it last night but I was riveted. It includes interviews with recently retired military generals and commanders about the changing American policy, and it clearly explains this recent troop surge.
If you can't catch it on PBS, you can watch online.
Two weeks ago, Jason and I started up a new website called Mother Popper. It's a melding of my unhealthy knowledge of current pop culture with my impending motherhood.
So... things like Maggie Gyllenhaal breastfeeding in public (no cover up, just a bare breast and a baby) are good topics. I'll also be writing about cool baby/kid/mommy/daddy items I find on the internet and hopefully will also be doing product reviews. I'm also doing a podcast every Friday.
I'm still working on finding the right fit for myself on Mother Popper, but the hope is that it becomes one of those mommy blogs that actually gets traffic and stimulates discussions on anything from how Scrubs has jumped the shark to explosive diapers.
Check it out, kids!
